Help for the Strata app by Red Advantage Management LLC, on the web and in the app stores.

Questions or trouble? Email brandon@learnstrata.com. A real person reads every message. If you can, write from the email address on your Strata account and tell us which device you're using.

Signing in

Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and we'll email you a reset link. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us and we'll sort it out with you.

Your membership

Joined in the Strata app on iPhone: your membership is an App Store subscription. To cancel or change it, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions and Strata. In the app, Profile → Manage membership opens the same screen. Apple handles App Store billing and refunds; you can ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, and we're glad to help if you get stuck.
Joined on our website: manage or cancel at Profile → Manage membership when you're signed in to Strata in a browser, or at link.com.
Joined through another app store: manage it in that store's own subscription settings.

Canceling never cuts your access short: you keep your membership through the end of the period you've already paid for. The full rules are in our Terms of Use.

Your progress

Your check-ins, streak, lessons and wins live on your account, not on one device. Sign in with the same email on a new phone or a browser and you'll pick up where you left off.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete my account… and follow the steps on screen. The details, including what is kept for billing, are on our account deletion page.
