STRATA

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 5, 2026 · Replaces the version dated September 27, 2026

This policy explains what information Strata collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. Strata is operated by Red Advantage Management LLC ("we," "us"). The short version: we collect only what the product needs to work, we don't sell your data, and you can delete your account — and everything in it — yourself, at any time, from inside the app.

What we deliberately do not collect: Strata never asks for, connects to, or stores your bank, brokerage, or credit accounts. No account numbers, no balances, no linked institutions. Your assessment answers and check-ins are self-reported reflections — the private details of your finances stay with you.

4. Service Providers

Strata runs on a small number of infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy commitments: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (application hosting), and Resend (transactional email delivery). Memberships are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant-of-record service, with Link as the seller of record for your purchase: your payment details go directly to Stripe, and we never see or store your card number. Stripe sends us a record of each purchase so the app can show you your own membership — the name and email you gave at checkout, your billing address, what you bought, and whether it is active. If you join inside the Strata app on Android, the purchase is made through Google Play: Google Play charges the payment method on your Google account, collects any applicable tax, and sends your receipt, and we never see or store your card number. Google sends us what we need to show you your own membership — a purchase token, your subscription's status and renewal date, and the Strata account the purchase was made under. Google's handling of your payment is described in Google's own privacy policy. If you join inside the Strata app on iPhone or iPad, the purchase is made through the App Store: Apple charges the payment method on your Apple Account, collects any applicable tax, and sends your receipt, and we never see or store your card number. Apple sends us what we need to show you your own membership — your purchase's transaction identifiers, your subscription's status and renewal date, and the Strata account the purchase was made under.

5. Storage, Security, and Retention

Your data is encrypted in transit, and database access is restricted by row-level security so that your records are readable only by you (and by us, for operating and supporting the Service). Some of your data is also cached on your own device so the app opens quickly and works offline. We keep your data for as long as your account is active.

6. Deleting Your Data

You can delete your account from inside the app (Profile → Delete Account). Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account, assessment history, check-ins, progress, goals, and recorded wins are removed from our database. If you paid for a membership, we keep a minimal billing record (your email, what you bought, and its status — never your card number) so we can stop charges and answer billing questions. Residual copies in encrypted backups age out on our providers' standard backup schedules. You can also request deletion without opening the app by emailing brandon@learnstrata.com from your account's email address — we complete these requests promptly. See also strata: delete your account.

7. Your Rights

You can access and update your information in the app, request a copy of your data, or ask us questions about this policy at any time by emailing brandon@learnstrata.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional legal rights (such as access, correction, portability, or deletion); we honor reasonable requests regardless of jurisdiction.

8. Children

Strata is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to notify you — for example, a notice in the app or an email. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version.
