STRATA

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 5, 2026 · Replaces the version dated September 22, 2026

Welcome to Strata. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Red Advantage Management LLC ("Red Advantage," "we," "us"), the operator of the Strata Wealth Progression application and related services (together, "Strata" or the "Service"). By creating an account or using Strata, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Strata Is — and Isn't

Strata is financial education, not financial advice. The lessons, assessments, reports, check-ins, and all other content are provided for general educational purposes only. Nothing in Strata is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and nothing in Strata creates an advisory or fiduciary relationship between you and Red Advantage Management LLC or Dr. Matt Markel.

Your financial decisions are yours. Before acting on anything you learn here, consider consulting qualified professionals (such as a financial advisor, CPA, or attorney) who can evaluate your individual circumstances. Past performance of any strategy discussed is not a guarantee of future results.

2. Eligibility and Your Account

3. Membership, Payment, and Refunds

Strata membership is $99.00 per year, or $9.99 per month when we offer the monthly plan (US dollars). In the Strata app on iPhone, membership is offered on the annual and monthly plans, at the prices the App Store shows you before you confirm; Apple sets App Store prices from its own price list, so they can differ slightly from the prices on our website. You choose the plan, and you see its price and its billing period before you confirm. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period — every year on the annual plan, every month on the monthly plan — until you cancel: on your renewal date, the payment method on file is charged for the next period. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, and the full amount — your plan's price plus any tax — is shown to you before you confirm. If you joined on our website, Link emails you a reminder before each renewal. There is no commitment beyond the period you have already paid for.

Your free trial. A new account can start one 14-day free trial wherever Strata offers sign-up (on our website, in the Strata app on iPhone, and in the Strata app on Android when sign-up is available there), and no card is needed to take it. The trial is ours — not Stripe's, Apple's, or Google's — so there is nothing to cancel: when the 14 days are up it simply ends. You are not charged anything and nothing renews. The trial follows the same daily path as membership, so it opens the first stretch of lessons rather than the whole library, and everything you do during it stays saved to your account. If you want to keep going, you join as a member then, on either plan, and pick up where you left off. One trial per account.

Who takes your payment. It depends on where you join. On our website, memberships are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant-of-record service, so Link is the merchant of record — the seller of record — for your purchase: it takes your payment, adds and remits any sales tax, and sends your receipt. That is why you see "Sold through Link" at checkout, why your card statement reads "LINK.COM*" followed by a short descriptor, and why your receipt and any refund notice come from Link rather than from us. At link.com you can review your orders, update your payment method, and cancel. Where we offer membership inside the Strata app on Android, it is a Google Play subscription: Google Play charges the payment method on your Google account, collects any applicable tax, and sends your receipt, and your statement shows Google Play. Google sends us what we need to show you your own membership — a purchase token, your subscription's status and renewal date, and the Strata account it was bought under — and not your name, address, or card details. If you join inside the Strata app on iPhone or iPad, the purchase is made through the App Store: Apple charges the payment method on your Apple Account, collects any applicable tax, and sends your receipt, and your statement shows Apple. Apple sends us what we need to show you your own membership — your purchase's transaction identifiers, your subscription's status and renewal date, and the Strata account it was bought under — and not your name, address, or card details. Either way, your card details go to Stripe, Google or Apple; we never see or store your card number.

Canceling. You can cancel at any time, online. If you joined on our website: at Profile → Manage membership in Strata on the web, which opens Stripe's customer portal, or at link.com. If you joined through Google Play: in the Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Strata — or tap Manage membership in the Strata app, which opens that same screen. If you joined through the App Store: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions → Strata — or tap Manage membership in the Strata app, which opens that same screen. Canceling stops all future charges. It does not cut your access short — you keep your membership through the end of the month or year you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that. If you change your mind before that date, you can turn renewal back on in the same place, and your membership and its price continue as before.

Refunds. Full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked, on either plan, whether you joined on our website or through Google Play. Renewal payments — the second month onward on the monthly plan, or a further year on the annual plan — are not refunded, except as described under Price changes below; instead you can cancel at any time, and your membership stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. To ask for a refund, email brandon@learnstrata.com from your account's email address and we will issue it: through Link if you joined on our website, or through Google Play if you joined in the Android app, where it goes back to your Google payment method. You can also contact Link support from link.com, or ask Google for a refund under Google Play's own refund policy. If you joined through the App Store, Apple makes refunds for App Store purchases under its own refund policy, and we can't issue them ourselves: you can ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, and if you email us we'll gladly help you through it. A refunded membership ends when the refund is issued, and joining again later is a new membership (see Founding prices). Because Link is the merchant of record for website purchases, Link or Stripe may also issue a refund directly, and Google may do the same for Play purchases; if that happens, the notice comes from them.

Founding prices. The prices above are our founding prices, and a founding price is locked in on whichever plan you joined on: for as long as that plan continues without a break, its price does not change. Two things end a founding price. One is a break in your membership — it ends because you canceled, asked for a refund, or a renewal could not be collected, and you join again later; a cancellation you reverse before your paid period runs out is not a break. The other is switching to the other plan. In either case, the plan you join or move to is at its price at that time. When the page where you joined says your price is locked in, this is the promise it refers to.

Changing plans. Plan changes for a website membership are handled by our support team, not in the app or in the Play Store. To move between the monthly and annual plans on a website membership, email brandon@learnstrata.com from your account's email address. The change takes effect at your next renewal: you finish the period you have already paid for, and the new plan's price at that time is charged from then on. You are never charged twice for the same period. Moving plans ends the founding price of the plan you leave (see Founding prices). A membership bought through Google Play stays on the plan it was bought on; to change, cancel it in the Play Store and, once it ends, join the other plan where we offer it — that counts as a break. A membership bought through the App Store can move between the monthly and annual plans in your iPhone's Settings (tap your name, then Subscriptions → Strata). As with a website membership, the change takes effect at your next renewal: you finish the period you have already paid for, and the new plan's App Store price is charged from then on. Moving plans ends the founding price of the plan you leave (see Founding prices).

Price changes. We do not raise the price of a plan you are already on: a higher price means a new plan for people joining from then on, and the plan you are on keeps its price for as long as it continues without a break (see Founding prices). If we ever had to change the price of an existing membership for any reason, we would email you before the renewal it applied to, in time for you to cancel first — and if a renewal at a higher price went through before you had that chance, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. If you subscribed through Google Play, Google also tells you about any price change before it takes effect and, where Google requires it, asks you to agree before the new price is charged. If you subscribed through the App Store, Apple also tells you about any price change before it takes effect and, where Apple requires it, asks you to agree before the new price is charged. A new price never applies in the middle of a period you have already paid for.

4. Our Content and Your License

All content in Strata — including lessons, assessments, questions, reports, frameworks, text, and design — is owned by Red Advantage Management LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that content for your own education while you have access to the Service. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, republish, sell, or create derivative works from Strata content without our written permission.

5. Your Content

Content you enter into Strata — reflections, notes, recorded wins, assessment answers — remains yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display it back to you in order to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users' data, probing or circumventing security or access controls, extracting content by automated means, interfering with the Service's operation, or using Strata for anything unlawful.

7. Termination

You may stop using Strata, or delete your account from within the app, at any time. If you pay through our website, deleting your account does not by itself cancel your membership — cancel it first at Profile → Manage membership or at link.com, or email us and we will cancel it for you. If you pay through Apple or Google, only you can cancel it, in that store's own settings. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe harms the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability provisions) survive.

8. Disclaimers

Strata is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular financial outcome will result from its use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Advantage Management LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, savings, or investment losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50).

10. Changes to the Service or These Terms

Strata is an evolving product; features may change, be added, or be removed. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, a notice in the app or an email). Continuing to use Strata after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
